If you're not fully satisfied after your first session, we offer a 100% refund on your Coaching Package.

 

To take advantage of this, you must let Giovanni know by the end of your first session—while still in the office if the session was in-person, or while still on video chat if the session was online.

 

This allows you to make an informed decision about whether the coaching experience aligns with your goals.

 

The refund will cover the entire cost of the Coaching Package, including HST.

Please note that the refund does not apply to the cost of the DISC Assessment completed prior to Step 2: The In-Person Consultation.

 

If you opt for the refund, it will be processed promptly and sent to you via e-transfer.  You will also be provided with an official document outlining the refund.
